April 2 is National Walking Day! Join the movement toward a healthier lifestyle with free Wellness Walks led by Laura Conely, founder of Urban Paths. Anyone and everyone are invited to walk the paths along Buffalo Bayou and downtown with fellow nature enthusiasts and enjoy the benefits of movement, connection, and the outdoors.
