Mindful Morning

9–10am

Join Buffalo Bayou Partnership for a mindfulness lesson, meditation, and tea (made from local trees!) at Buffalo Bayou Park. Inspired by the Forest Bathing movements in South Korea and Japan, our guide will lead you through restorative time in nature to help you reground and find respite from your modern, hectic life.

Paper cups will be available or bring your own mug if you are so inclined.
