National Walking Day Wellness Walks

12–11:59pm, The Water Works

April 3 is National Walking Day! Join the movement toward a healthier lifestyle with a series of free Wellness Walks led by Laura Conely, founder of Urban Paths. Anyone and everyone is invited to walk the paths along Buffalo Bayou with fellow nature enthusiasts and enjoy the benefits of movement, connection, and the outdoors. Each walk is 90 minutes long, and will cover approximately 3 miles. Learn more about National Walking Day Houston.

Walk Schedule:

7 – 8:30 am: Meet at The Water Works Visitor Center (105-B Sabine St.)

12 – 1:30 pm: Meet at Sunset Coffee Building (1019 Commerce St.)

6:30 – 8 pm: Meet at The Water Works Visitor Center (105-B Sabine St.)
