I understand that event security is required according to the number of attendees:

– 0–100 guests: officers optional
– 101–500 guests: 1 officer required
– 501–1,000 guests: 2 officers required
– 1,501–3,500 guests: 4 officers required
– Should alcohol be served at the Event, the number of required Police Officers shall be doubled from what is shown in the listing above.

I am securing certified medical personnel (min requirement of one First Aid and one CPR-certified individual.

I acknowledge the insurance requirement:

Commercial General Liability insurance against claims for bodily injury or death and property damage occurring in our upon or resulting from the facility, affording immediate protection to the limits for not less than $1,000,000 per occurrence with a $2,000,000 aggregate and including advertising injury and personal injury. Buffalo Bayou Partnership and the City of Houston must be named as additional insured based on the policy. The policy must contain an endorsement waiving any claim or right of subrogation against Buffalo Bayou Partnership and the City of Houston.
