DESCRIPTION:Join Buffalo Bayou Partnership on a free Wellness Walk led by Laura Conely\, founder of Urban Paths. Anyone and everyone is invited to walk through the paths of Buffalo Bayou Park while discussing topics including mental and physical health as well as the benefits of being exposed to nature. \nPLEASE NOTE: Due to Buffalo Bayou Park closures for Freedom Over Texas\, this walk will depart from Sunset Coffee Building (1019 Commerce St.) and the group will walk 3-miles to explore the new East Downtown Trail connection and Sesquicentennial Park. \nFree Registration
