Sunday, October 5, 2003 2 – 5 p.m. Explore the greater Allen’s Landing area in downtown Houston’s historic district. This walking tour will focus on the recently restored Allen’s Landing Park as well as the Sunset Coffee Building and Willow Street Pump Station, two historic properties undergoing restoration. Refreshments will be served on the Allen’s Landing Park terrace overlooking Buffalo Bayou. This tour is co-sponsored by Buffalo Bayou Partnership and Greater Houston Preservation Alliance.
