As an official charity, Buffalo Bayou Partnership is excited to offer guaranteed entries into the full and half marathon through the following programs: HERO Program—HERO entries are available on-line on a first come basis for $350 + your registration fee. Learn more about the Run for a Reason program here. Volunteer The Buffalo Bayou Partnership is looking for volunteers to help restore and beautify Houston’s signature waterway. Buffalo Bayou is well on its way to becoming one of Houston’s primary attractions but we still have work to do. Our new hike and bike trails and growing green spaces need to be landscaped and cleaned up regularly. Bayou beautification is an easy, fun and convenient way for corporate, school and civic groups to foster teamwork and give back to the community. Bayou beautification also provides enormous results after only a few hours work. Muddy t-shirts and tired muscles only last a day, but the results of your hard work for Houston's signature waterway and park system will last for years.
Volunteer Programs with the Buffalo Bayou Partnership: Work and play on the same day!
