Buffalo Bayou Partnership (BBP) cares about the privacy of our donors, volunteers and visitors.  BBP operates this Web site in accordance with the following privacy policy.  By using BBP’s Web site or communicating with BBP by e-mail, you consent to the terms of this privacy policy. 

Buffalo Bayou Partnership collects personal information online from its donors and prospective donors for fundraising and information sharing purposes.  Your contact information and other information will be kept confidential.  BBP will not provide any data supplied by you to a third party for any reason.  Buffalo Bayou Partnership does not sell, rent, trade or otherwise exploit in any way your personal information. 

On a monthly and annual basis, for donors giving over $100, we list our donor’s names and donation level by category in our enewsletter and Annual Report.  You may request your donation be anonymous and not listed in any materials.

We enjoy hearing from you!  Should you choose to communicate with BBP through email, via our Web site, by telephone, in writing or through other means, please note we save your information in these communications and such information becomes a part of our permanent records.  Please be aware that any message, material, ideas, concepts, or other information sent to BBP by e-mail will be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary.

In order to better communicate with you, BBP may send you information related to news updates, online transactions, or event registration.  From time to time, BBP may also wish to send you other messages or updates about BBP and its activities. If you do not wish to receive communications from BBP, please send an email containing your request to info@buffalobayou.org with the word "Unsubscribe" in the subject line or call 713.752.0314 ext. 16 and let us know you would not like to be contacted by e-mail and/or mail.
