Second Saturday Buffalo Bayou Boat Rides!

Dates: October 11 and November 8

Times: 10am–2pm (30 minute rides)
The last tour departs at 1:30pm

Cost: $7 adults/$5 children (4–12) — Cash Only

Twilight Tours

Dates: August 2 and September 6

Times: 6–8:30pm (30 minute rides)
The last tour departs at 8pm

Cost: $7 adults/$5 children (4–12) — Cash Only

Boat departs at Sabine Promenade (150 Sabine St., 77007)

We do not take reservations for these tours. They are first come, first serve. Payment is taken when boarding.

These 30-minute boat rides are a great way to spend the afternoon or evening with your family. Escape from the city and enjoy the cool breeze as you glide along the bayou's waters. Look for graceful herons, jumping fish, and even the occasional alligator sunning on the bayou's banks.

Private Charters on Buffalo Bayou

Buffalo Bayou Partnership’s pontoon tour boat, Spirit of the Bayou, will take you and your guests on a 1½ hour ride through the heart of downtown along the historic Buffalo Bayou; past Allen’s Landing; the redeveloped Sesquicentennial Park and Sabine Promenade. For those trips heading east of downtown, you will view the historic McKee Street Bridge and the industrial side of our city. You are welcome to bring your own food and beverages. Boat departs from Sabine Promenade or Allen’s Landing.

Fees: Private charters, lasting 1½ hours, are $400 for a maximum of 21 guests. An historian can be added for an additional $175, based on availability.

Reservations for Private Charters must be made at least 2 weeks in advance.
